Our philosophy…we work hard to play hard! We have a minimum of four social events per year with fun for the whole family. You can expect bowling tournaments, picnics with “highly competitive” volleyball, a fall potluck dinner, and a Christmas party that everyone always look forward to as a great night with family and the Pettigrew team.

We strive to communicate with employees and their families. PETTIGREW & ASSOCIATES has a monthly newsletter with various informative articles for both personal and professional development, as well as upcoming events and socials. There are also opportunities for those who read the newsletter to win prizes such as gift certificates and money!

PETTIGREW employees are not only involved in work, but also the community. In the past year alone, PETTIGREW has offered tickets to employees for the Lea County Fair and Rodeo, Maddox Distinguished Lecture Series, Boys and Girls Club Car Raffle, Shriner’s Pancake Breakfast, Habitat and CASA Tour of Home tickets, and more!
