Hobbs, NM – December 22, 2015 – Pettigrew & Associates, P.A. recently announced the company’s first Employee of the Year, Mr. Ray Benavidez. Mr. Benavidez is a Survey Chief of Parties and has been employed by Pettigrew & Associates for over 16 years. Mr. Benavidez’s selection was announced by President and CEO Debra P. Hicks at the company’s annual Christmas Celebration. Fellow staff who nominated him for the award described Ray as a person driven to exceptionally high standards who handles every situation with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

He is often the first one in the office and the last to leave, going the extra mile for our clients. The employee of the year is selected from Pettigrew’s Employee of the Quarter winners. The four candidates this year were Susana Rodriguez, David Roybal, Joe Martinez, and Ray Benavidez.
Pettigrew also awarded Zachary Robertson with his five years of service award. Mr. Robertson is an Engineering Technician II in the Materials Testing Laboratory where he has worked since 2010. Pettigrew & Associates recognizes years of service milestones in five-year increments.
