PETTIGREW & ASSOCIATES was retained by the NMSH&TD to perform Preliminary and Design Services for the reconstruction and partial horizon¬tal and vertical re alignment of 17 miles of State Route 467, a rural arterial collector route between Portales, Clovis and Cannon Air Force Base.
