NMJC 1995 Paving Improvements

The New Mexico Junior College entered into a grant agreement with the NMDOT to reconstruct the NMJC Circle and four major parking areas.  Reconstruction included processing, placing to grade and compacting existing pavement, placement of 1 1/2” plant mix bituminous pavement and traffic control. Specific design elements included capacity analysis and intersection analysis, roadway and parking lot design, intersection design, construction staking, testing and inspection.
