Trail Ends Road in Eddy County was damaged in the September 2014 flood event. At the Four Mile Drive Crossing the road was impassible and completely destroyed, with all asphalt and subgrade washed away. Pettigrew & Associates, as part of FEMA DR 4199, provided engineering, surveying, materials testing, construction inspection and observation for the project. To repair the area, we installed multiple 8 ft aluminum box culverts and covered the crossing with asphalt.
